CMP MEDIA LLC SELECTS ANALYSTS INTERNATIONAL'S CONFERENCE
APPLICATION FOR TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE WEEK

NEW YORK, May 16, 2001 - CMP Media LLC has selected Event InHand, a handheld conference planning application developed by Analysts International (NASDAQ: ANLY), for use by the attendees of Technology Exchange Week (TECHXNY). TECHXNY (www.techxny.com) is a new venture created by CMP Media LLC, designed to unite companies and associations that are instrumental in shaping today's business and technology solutions. TECHXNY features events and conference programs, revolving around the 19th annual PC EXPO, June 26-28, 2001, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

Event InHand gives attendees access to the conference agenda, session and speaker details, and exhibitor information via their Palm PoweredÔ handheld computers. The application interfaces directly with the Date Book and Memo Pad applications on the handhelds, enabling attendees to directly schedule sessions they wish to attend and take notes on sessions and exhibitors. The application can be downloaded from the TECHXNY Web site, or wirelessly on-site through beaming stations provided by Clarinet Systems Inc., located in Palm, Inc. sponsored download locations.
