Info Touch and Clarinet Systems Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Wireless
Technology from Surfnet Kiosks

Chicago, IL, Retail Systems, June 26, 2001 - You're on the go, in an airport, at a shopping mall, in a gas station, or convenience store, and you need your email. Under a new agreement between Info Touch Technologies and Clarinet Systems, you can simply point your personal digital assistant at the nearest public access Internet kiosk, download your email and hit the road.

Hamed Shahbazi, chairman and CEO of Info Touch Technologies, and Wen Chang, president of Clarinet Systems are pleased to announce a strategic alliance to cross market Info Touch's leading-edge kiosk software and Clarinet Systems wireless infrared technology for handheld devices.

"Clarinet Systems' family of EthIR products enables the users of our kiosk systems to sync up their handheld devices anytime and anyplace and take their critical information with them," said Shahbazi. "This is just the first step for us with wireless technology. We as a company are putting a stake in the ground with this new addition to our current offerings and have made this an integral part of our software." Both companies agree that the marriage of wireless infrared technology to the rapidly expanding network of public access Internet kiosks is a tremendous business opportunity because it meets the needs of an increasingly mobile world to stay connected.
