EA104™ is a USB to Ethernet access point for connecting handheld computing devices such as PDA, rugged terminal and smart phones to an Ethernet 10/100 Base-T network through the devices' USB ports. EA104 belongs to the EtherUSB™ product line.
EA104™ is equipped with four USB host ports and four 10/100 Base-T one for uplink and three for PC or other computing devices, and provides TCP/IP based network connectivity for up to four mobile devices via the USB cradle or a USB cable from the mobile USB port.
Each connected mobile device can perform server synchronization, Internet browsing, and file transfer. The EA104™ provides an alternative network connection with high security and reliability standards. The EA104™ works perfectly for mobile users, field application staff, and in any environment that requires a high level of security and reliability.
